Driver praised by texts

Customers love National Express coach driver Lorraine Barnes. We know, because we received a whopping eight pages of text messages from her delighted customers - and more and more are coming in every week. Lorraine, who joined Bournemouth Transport eighteen months ago said: 'I love the job, dealing with the passengers and making sure that they have a good experience.'

Customer comments include - 'Lorraine's the best driver! She never fails to have a smile on her face,' - 'My first journey with National Express and it was definitely my most pleasant one,'  and 'I've never seen one of your drivers so happy.' Lorraine has now been nominated for a 'Driver of the Year' award in our forthcoming NX Operator Awards.
