Dundee duo delight

Two of our top drivers are getting ready to represent us at the UK Bus Driver of the Year finals in Blackpool. Jim Tyrell was the local heat's overall winner, and Craig Furey also impressed as runner-up.

The competition was tough, with the top spot changing hands a number of times as the drivers completed some tricky written and practical tests. After Jim was given his trophy by our Director for our Dundee operation,  Lawrence Davie, everyone was treated to lunch as a reward for their efforts.

Lawrence said: "We know that our Drivers can perform exceptionally well, whatever the conditions, every day of the year. And it's great to be able to recognise their skill. I've been really impressed today and I'm sure our two finalists will do us proud in the national final."
