Going the extra mile for employees

We've been doing lots of work to implement changes to the way we support our people. Just one of these changes is the new employee reward scheme, Extra Miles. This nomination-based programme will recognise people who go out of their way to make a difference. You'll get points which can be loaded onto an online reward account for you to spend. It's due to be launched on 1^st August.
