It’s zero tolerance on alcohol

This new zero alcohol limit enhances our new safety culture. It
delivers a very strong message to all National Express employees
that anyone working for National Express simply cannot come to work
under the influence of drink or drugs - it's just not safe. "This
new limit will also apply to the on-board systems employed to check
our coach drivers," said Alex Perry, Operations Director. "The
coach installation programme is over 75% complete and by October
all drivers will have to blow in to an alcolock system whenever
they start a coach."
