Moving staff as well as customers

The final, and perhaps biggest, move of our Hagley Road offices
in Birmingham recently took place. It focused on relocating our
Customer Contact Centre from the 13th floor, up to new
premises on the 14th. And it was all done over just one
weekend without losing a single call.
The new office suite is now home to 130 Contact Centre staff, who
also get to enjoy smart meeting rooms and brand new refreshment
facilities. We also took the opportunity to update the telephony
system, so that our dedicated teams can give customers an even
better level of service.
