On the go despite the snow
11 February 2010
The National Express Hoppa service transports people from hotels
to the terminals at Heathrow Airport. The drivers, engineers and
managers do a sterling job all year round, but in the recent bad
weather, they have really excelled themselves.
Despite heavy snow and continuous ice, the team managed to
maintain a full service. This is an especially impressive feat when
you consider the increased demand owing to so many cancelled and
delayed flights during this period. That so many customers were
moved safely, comfortably and professionally is great testament to
all those involved. Great job.
