With 67.7% of employees completing our Employee Survey, National
Express is well above the industry average for the number of people
taking part.
This is great news because the survey is a chance for our people
to influence the future direction of the business. It's 100%
anonymous and the results will be used to create two or three
'headline' actions that will be championed right across the
business.
