Putting Safety First

We value the safety of our customers, our people and the general public above all else. Over the last year, we've made some dramatic changes to the way we think about, and manage safety.

We now have a more robust reporting regime, we're carrying out significant amounts of safety training, our procedures have been updated and we've delivered a driving out harm initiative.

But we're not resting there. At the end of September, our Executive membership held a day long workshop, where we identified a number of areas - including infrastructure and prioritization of safety projects, where we can make further improvements. We're also communicating with all our people to take personal responsibility for implementing the Golden Rules for safety, day in, day out.
