Pyjama party at 24/7 call centre

Our Customer Service centre team made sure they were dressed for the occasion, as they celebrated the launch of our new 24/7 customer support service.

We've brought in eight new people to help run the 22:00 to 08:00 shift. They'll help us to respond quicker to late-night sales calls, major traffic incidents, heavy snowfall and those pesky volcanic ash clouds.

The new service reflects the fact that 55% of our coach network actually operates overnight. Karen Beasley, our Head of Customer Support, said "Thousands of people already book and travel with us overnight and on weekends. We think they'll appreciate this amazing new service."
