Recognition Scheme Launched

Extra Miles, the staff recognition scheme for colleagues who go above and beyond, was launched on 1 August. It has been introduced following feedback from our employee survey. Managers can nominate someone they think deserves recognition for going the extra mile. Employees then receive rewards in £5 denominations, which can then buy (or go towards) goods or vouchers on our Extra Miles website. It's our way of saying thanks for everyone's hard work - and showing we appreciate all the effort our people go to.
