Reducing harm

In our line of business, safety is the be all and end all, not
only for our customers and partners, but for our people, regardless
of their location or role.
Our Driving Out Harm programme encourages everyone here to make
sure their workplace is safe. We want our people to put the safety
of customers and colleagues first at all times and make sure
they're always fit to work and report accidents, near misses and
injuries. We've set a target of halving injuries - that is not
negotiable. The message will be drummed home during our upcoming UK
Coach Way roadshows, which start on 17 August.
