We’re going bananas

Everyone's licking their lips at the thought of winning some
gifts through our new Customer Services employee award scheme, 'Top
Banana'.
The idea - and its name - came from one of the team at our
Birmingham Coach Station, in response to a local survey. Winners
can choose from a selection of prizes, including books, chocolates
and bubble bath. We've already had our first two winners - who
helped their team get £750-worth of add-on sales in just two days,
a record for our Birmingham ticket office.
