The Customer Contact Centre in Birmingham is one of the nerve centres of the business. Our people there act as the voice of the organisation, using their brilliant communication skills to answer every customer query that comes their way, sell our products and resolve issues prior to travelling.

Then there are the onsite Customer Service teams. These talented professionals work in our coach stations and travel shops providing outstanding customer service on the ground. Together these two operations deal with the vast majority of the 18.5 million journey bookings we take each year.

You won't be surprised to hear that our customer service teams are a busy bunch. Busy but fulfilled. Whatever job you do here - and we have a few - you'll enjoy the camaraderie and sense of achievement that comes with a job well done.
