Customer Relations Advisors
Customer loyalty is vital to our business and helping to
increase it will be your job here. This role is all about
responding to customer correspondence. This will mean making and
taking calls to resolve customers' issues, writing to and emailing
customers, and generally ensuring that we respond promptly,
professionally and appropriately to everything customers tell
us.
The business really values this role because it protects our
reputation, helps us avoid bad publicity and makes our customers
feel important and respected.
You'll need a good standard of education, including GCSE (or
equivalent) grades C or above in Maths and English. Plus an
impressive telephone manner, excellent letter-writing skills, an
upbeat approach to work, calmness under pressure, the ability to be
diplomatic, and above all, experience of delivering great customer
service in a busy environment.
