Customer Service Advisors
Developing a rapport with customers - that's what this job is
all about. You will deliver the very best service, promote our
products, and convert enquiries into sales and add-ons.
But the job is wider than that. We want every telephone
conversation to end with our reputation enhanced. This means
handling any enquiries, passing on any customer comments within the
business so we can improve what we offer and maintaining up-to-date
knowledge of every product and service.
So what are we looking for? Great customer service skills,
obviously. Plus a persuasive manner, excellent interpersonal
skills, computer literacy and real integrity. A good standard of
education is a must, including GCSE (or equivalent) grades C or
above in Maths and English. And you'll need the flexibility to work
shifts across seven days.
