Team Managers
Creating positive, helpful and high-performing teams is the
challenge we set all our managers and this role is no different.
Running a customer service team in our contact centre in
Birmingham, you'll be responsible for setting targets, increasing
productivity, leading, developing and managing people, and ensuring
your team maximises sales and delights customers.
This will mean developing intelligent personal development
plans, agreeing bonus structures, monitoring sales and service
levels, and evaluating processes, procedures and operational
efficiency.
We'll look to you to ensure each member of your team knows every
National Express product inside out, and knows how to sell them to
customers over the phone.
Strong leadership skills are clearly important, as is proven
management experience - ideally in a contact centre environment.
You'll also need excellent communication skills at all levels, and
A-Level standard education (or equivalent).
