Customer Experience Advisors
Our customers have high expectations, and you'll be there to
meet them. Based in a coach station or retail travel shop, you will
deliver a great service, selling all National Express products,
providing information and assistance to all customers using station
and retail facilities, helping customers with luggage and
supporting Drivers with boarding.
We'll look to you to create a real buzz and a working
environment based on communication, integrity and pride. You'll be
a confident, positive and calm person who can represent National
Express in the kind of professional, personable way our customers
demand.
You'll need customer service experience, GCSEs (or equivalent)
in Maths and English (Grade C or above), plus a willingness to work
a shift rota over seven days - including Bank Holidays.
