Customer Experience Managers

Delivering outstanding customer service in a busy, non-stop environment like a coach station or retail travel shop is a big challenge. That's what our Customer Experience Advisors do brilliantly, and we are now looking for people with experience, character and great skill to manage each operation and the great people who work there.

If that sounds right up your street, you'll get to grips with the site, set goals for efficiency, sales and customer experience, and put together a plan that allows you to support and manage your team.

Maintaining morale, conducting regular performance reviews, setting objectives, communicating changes (and much else besides) all combine to make this one of the most interesting management jobs around.

You'll need customer service management experience in a similar environment, self-motivation, excellent people skills and very high standards, as well as an A-level standard education (or equivalent).
