Emilio Rosato
Team Manager
I've been at National Express for five years now and it's been a
really positive experience in my life. I started off as a Coach
Driver, doing routes to Norwich, Cambridge, Oxford, Brighton,
Woking and other places. But I'm someone who loves to move on from
time to time.
Now I'm a Customer Service Team Manager at Heathrow Terminal 5.
It's a great place to work. I meet different people every day, I
handle different issues, I see different things, and that's what
makes my job so interesting - the variety.
The other great thing about working at National Express is the
training. That's what has allowed me to progress the way I have.
I've been on so many courses, it's impossible to name them all, but
the Team Manager's Diploma stands out, as do several customer
service courses. But, of course, you learn in different ways -
every day I learn from my talented colleagues and my
experiences.
I really enjoy working with my colleagues here at T5.
Everyone is totally committed, they aim high. Doing a good job and
providing a great service is an important part of our lives. Nobody
wants to let themselves down at the end of the day.
