Customer Experience Advisor
I'm a people person at heart, so being a Customer Experience
Advisor is the perfect job. The variety of the job is also a really
good element. I sell tickets in the ticket shop, look after the
information screens at the coach station, announce the arrival and
departure of coaches and I do the classic outdoorsy stuff.
If you've even been to one of our coach stations, you'll have
seen someone like me in action, helping customers to their coaches
or pointing them in whatever direction they need to go in. And
because I work at Heathrow Airport, those directions can be
numerous. Apparently, it's the busiest international airport in the
world, and I'm not surprised one bit!
I get a buzz out of helping customers and colleagues as well.
It's a good team here, the managers are great and everyone pulls
together. I work two days a week, but even in that time I get lots
of variety, lots of different things to do and goodness knows how
many people I interact with during the course of a shift.
