Coach Driver - Hoppa

I know it sounds obvious, but I just love driving. And this is one of the best places to do it. The variety of the driving jobs here would probably surprise many people. I started as a Hoppa driver taking holidaymakers and business people from Heathrow hotels to the terminals. I did that for two years and when I said that I fancied a different challenge, it was no problem.

I'm now a driver for the main fleet. You might have seen me on the motorway! This is a different type of driving, involving longer distances and all that. The view's constantly changing too which makes for different days and different experiences.

I really feel like the company has backed me. The training I've received - especially for the main fleet - has been great. Lots of practical training, but some really good classroom stuff too. And it's not all about driving either. The customer service training is in-depth and so is the communication skills work. I get a lot out of it.

If, like me, you're a natural born driver, I can't recommend National Express enough.
