Communications
Our Communications team manages a number of diverse
activities including media relations, internal communications,
stakeholder relationships and corporate communications. They also
produce the Annual Report and the Group website, as well as
engaging the business in a wide range of activities in the
community. Based in our Birmingham and London offices, this is a
group of people whose enthusiasm shines through in every
project.
The Communications team's overarching objective in the
year ahead is to continue the critical task of maintaining our
company reputation while ensuring everybody here at National
Express remains informed and engaged.
The team works closely with people in a wide variety of
roles right across the business - ranging from Driver to Director.
Everything they do is highly visible to either employees or
customers and, as such, everyone is expected to manage their work
to extremely high standards within very tight deadlines. Every role
here also requires a great deal of flexibility and professionalism,
with the ability to manage unexpected opportunities and issues.
This team is, after all, the voice of National
Express.
