The safety of customers, staff and visitors to National Express is a responsibility we take ultra seriously. Our experienced, well-qualified H&S team is here to advise, police and manage the business, overseeing policies that include everything from mobile phones to electrical appliances, display screen equipment to winter driving.

One of our biggest responsibilities is accident prevention. The team spots things that can go wrong and works to prevent them from doing so.

We're also an organisation that believes in personal and team responsibility. That's why we run a lot of H&S training courses - including fire training, manual handling, first aid at work and training for managers and supervisors.
