a robust and talented IT department. As a prominent national brand,
we rely on our high-calibre team to keep us operating innovatively
and effectively.
Our team runs 60 servers and has a network with more than 100
routers, switches and firewalls. To paint a picture, 10,000 emails
pass through our email servers every day and in our data warehouse,
we have over 150 million rows of data.
The majority of our applications have been developed by our
in-house team including the main sales channel system, our
operations control system, our system for managing agents and the
system used by Customer Relations to manage refunds.
