Service Support Centre
The National Express Service Support Centre is renowned right
across the organisation. Here a team of well trained and
experienced people provide a complete telephone support service to
our coach drivers, coach stations and customers alike.
The centre is open seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Working a
range of shifts, the team takes a wide variety of calls - including
everything from specific enquiries about coach services to reports
of operational incidents and disruption that might be taking place
across the national coach network. They handle each and every one
with great professionalism and dedication.
As well as responding to and resolving operational problems, the
team also has an important role dealing with issues that might
arise during customers' journeys.
