I'm loving the project I'm working on right now. It's the Birmingham Coach Station rebuild, and it's almost complete. It's a real thrill to be involved in a development that the city of Birmingham has been crying out for for years. And, like all of us here, I'm really proud of how it has turned out - it's a real landmark.
As the Property Team's PA, I get involved in lots of things. I'm sometimes desk-based, but a lot of the time, I'm out and about organising quite a few things simultaneously. You're really given responsibility here, and you've got to be the type of person who enjoys that, enjoys pulling together when deadlines are around the corner, and enjoys working in a team.
Once the Birmingham job is complete, we're straight onto the Milton Keynes project, which is pretty similar, so I'm looking forward to that. And I know that the process will be just as enjoyable. The challenge will be fun and the people I'll work with will be great. I've been here 10 years and the quality of my colleagues is one of the reasons I've stayed this long.
